PRIMARIUS Pinot Noir 2014.
Dundee, Oregon 13.7% ALC
Oregon wine country is the same latitude as Burgundy, France and has the ideal climate for growing finicky Pinot Noir grapes. Oregon Pinot is described as “Burgundian” in style which means drier and less fruit-centric. The wines have a sense of “terroir” (land in French) meaning more earthiness and mineral tones resulting from different vineyard sites.
