Arrived back in USA less than 1 hour ago and gotta get some pasta with a nice California Cabernet. I've had enough rich restaurant food, expensive wine and $6 bottles of water in the islands.
Americans are on the move again. I was warned that airports are crowded and planes are full, so we why not travel to our favorite Caribbean island? To  beat the crowds we traveled mid week on an early morning flight, but to no avail.

Some eat fish often but in our house it's a once a week thing. Coincidentally it's Fridays, a throwback to Roman Catholic traditions. Today is Good Friday, the end of Lent, and a good reason to drink something white from the cellar...
